Pizza Cooking Class at Frasca Pizzeria and Wine Bar

Make the Margherita or Prepare a Pepperoni Pie

Learn how to prepare pizza at this hands-on cooking class led by Frasca’s General Manager, Jason Ring. Each “pizza pupil” will select the type of pizza they would like to make, Pepperoni or Margherita, sip vino (two glasses are included) and see the behind-the scene secrets to Frasca’s crispy thin crusts.

Pizza Cooking Class at Frasca Pizzeria and Wine Bar

Make the Margherita or Prepare the Pepperoni While Sipping Vino

$25 per person (includes instruction, pizza and two glasses of wine)

Frasca Pizzeria and Wine Bar, the inviting Lakeview restaurant that is inspired by the charming gathering places for food and wine found throughout Italy, will host an informal, hands-on pizza cooking class led by Frasca owner Doug Dunlay at 6:30pm on Thursday, November 18.

Each “pizza pupil” will get to select the type of pizza they would like to make: the Margherita or the Pepperoni (ingredients below). Dunlay will share his secrets to Frasca’s famous crispy thin crusts and perfectly prepared toppings. Students will then, of course, get to sample their work, accompanied by two glasses of wine per person.

Perfect Your Pizza Prowess in Lakeview

$20 per person (includes instruction, pizza samples and two glasses of wine)

Frasca Pizzeria & Wine Bar, the inviting Lakeview restaurant that is inspired by the charming gathering places for food and wine found throughout Italy, will host an informal, hands-on pizza cooking class led by Frasca owner Doug Dunlay at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 23.

Each “pizza pupil” will get to select the type of pizza they would like to make (a classic Margherita with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and basil; or the zesty Pepperoni version with tomato sauce, oregano, provolone and mozzarella). Dunlay will share his secrets to Frasca’s famous crispy thin crusts and perfectly prepared toppings. Students will then, of course, get to sample their work, accompanied by two glasses of wine per person.
