This Valentine’s Day, ZED451 offers not only an incredibly impressive dining experience, but a unique one as well. Guests who dine on Saturday, February 11 and Tuesday, February 14 will enjoy a pre-dinner event in the gorgeous glass wine room. Couples will receive a flute of champagne, and a special meet and greet with Chef Joe Lallave. Chef will present an asparagus bisque made with truffle corn mustard and Maine lobster. Dinner guests will then explore ZED451’s bountiful harvest tables, followed by the continuous presentation of entrees, served table side. Valentine’s Dinner is $48 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
Pastry Chef Kate Milashus’ special Valentine’s Day dessert, Chocolate Caramel Trio, will also be offered on February 11 and 14. The decadent dessert is a mini mousse cake with caramel sauce and caramel peanut ice cream, served with bon bon and milk choclate caramels ($9).
