Elate Restaurant will offer a prix fixe menu this Valentine’s Day. On Tuesday, February 14, Executive Chef Michael Noll will prepare three courses, which include Parnsip Bisque, Gunthrop Farms Duck Breast or Roasted Turbot and Avocado Panna Cotta.
