Three Course Menu for Annual Date Night Dinner

$55 Prix Fixe Menu

BLT American Brasserie will welcome Valentine’s Day diners for a special date night dinner. Executive Chef Laurent Tourondel and Chef de Cuisine Aksel Theilkuhl have crafted a three course menu that will be offered on Tuesday, February 14 from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The dinner offers a choice of appetizer, entree and dessert for $55. Some of BLT’s special dishes include lobster bisque, roasted beet salad, grilled hangar steak, chili-rubbed salmon, organic chicken, chocolate-coconut marquise with rum ice cream and blood orange tart with wildflower honey.

Reservations are encouraged. The $55 menu does not include tax or gratuity.

Roasted Baby Bok Choy, Ginger Marinated Shiitake, Lemongrass Broth
