ZED451 and Executive Chef Patrick Quackenbush will welcome dining guests for a true culinary exploration this Thanksgiving Day. From 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 24, the Autumn Harvest Tables will feature an array of salads, composed vegetables and charcuterie selection with artisan cheeses and house-made breads. Thanksgiving Day diners will sit back and relax as ZED451’s team of chefs deliver a wide selection of beef, fish and poultry table side, each of which has been slow roasted over hardwood charcoal. The menu will also include traditional Thanksgiving dishes, such as roasted turkey, bourbon glazed ham, pumpkin soup, corn bread stuffing, sweet potato souffle and creamed green beans. Be sure to save room for dessert, as pastry chef Kate Milashus will prepare a special cranberry upside down cake with homemade butter pecan ice cream ($10), in addition to other sweet treats.

ZED451 specializes in group dining, handling everything from dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) to late arrivals with ease. Please call the restaurant for table reservations (recommended, not required).
