Tavern Taps New Holland Mad Hatter India Pale Ale

This Friday (November 11), Michael Diversey’s Tavern will tap a New Holland Mad Hatter cask at 9 p.m. Freshly poured pints of Mad Hatter India Pale Ale will be available for $5. The brew is dry-hopped for a distinctive, floral hop aroma and is subtly balanced with delicious malt notes.

This cask of “real” ale pairs best with spicy dishes, greens and aged cheeses (try the hot sauce popcorn shrimp and mac’n cheese bites from the happy hour menu or the habanero pulled pork sandwich and cajun wings from the late night menu). The menus are outlined below.
