Sweetest Day at Shiraz on the Water

Four Course, Prix Fixe Menu for Two

Celebrate Sweetest Day with a special dinner at Shiraz on the Water. On Saturday, October 15, Chef Carol Buckantz will offer a four course menu for two. This date night dinner will start with an appetizer to share (calamari, bruschetta, short rib wonton), followed by soup or salad for each guest. Chef Buckantz’s entrees (one per dining guest) include succulent prime rib, Alaskan salmon, pork tenderloin and chicken saltimbocca. Complete the Sweetest Day meal with a decadent crème brulee or a slice of “Death by Chocolate” cake. This dining experience, over looking the water on the grounds of the Indian Lakes Resort, is complimented nicely with two flutes of champagne. The prix fixe price is $70 per couple and does not include tax or gratuity.
