Mexican Grill Offers New Items from Chef Dudley Nieto

Totopo Mexican Grill in Oak Brook has released a new Fall menu, designed by Executive Chef Dudley Nieto. Nieto’s new offerings include two new entrees and a la carte tacos (listed below). The restaurant proudly serves only all-natural chicken.

The two new, hearty Fall entrees are the Pechuga Azteca (breaded all-natural chicken breast stuffed with ham, poblano strips and asadero cheese, served with corn a la Mexicana, sautéed spinach and morita chile salsa for $13.25) and the Pescado en Cascabel Salsa (sautéed tilapia in a tomatillo-cascabel sauce served with epazote mashed potatoes and corn a la Mexicana for $12.95).

Tacos, once only offered in trios, are now also available individually. A la carte tacos include shrimp, arrachera, pescado, pastor, barbacoa, cochinita pibil, tinga de pollo and vegetarian ($2.15-$2.75).
