Chicago’s Goose Island beer will be discussed and properly paired with four courses during Elate’s beer dinner on Thursday, October 20 at 6:30 p.m. Executive Chef Mike Noll and Sous Chef Steven Lartz have created a menu that includes seafood, steak, sweets and savories (menu below) that all bode well with four brews from the Goose Island portfolio (Matilda, Sofie, Pepe Nero and Perre Jacques).
A Goose Island brewer will lead the event. The dinner is priced at $45 per guest (tax and gratuity are not included in the fee). Please call Elate to reserve a place at the Goose Island dinner.
