The Red Canary Announces New Chef, New Dinner Menu

The Red Canary in River West is unveiling a new dinner menu crafted by the recently appointed “Chef de Comfort” Neal Harper. The Red Canary restaurant and lounge offers “Real. American. Comfort” fare set in a decadent parlor with vaulted ceiling, stunning chandeliers, exposed brick, damask fabrics and bold hues. Dinner service is available Monday through Saturday from 5:00pm-Midnight.

The menu items from the “scratch kitchen” are created with comfort and familiarity in mind. Dishes incorporate local, seasonal and sustainable products and the only item you will find in the freezer is the ice cream. The complete menu is outlined below.
