D.O.C. Wine Bar in Lincoln Park continues to hold wine tasting events on the third Monday of every month. While traversing many of the world’s top wine-growing regions, these intimate tastings give seasoned oenophiles and budding connoisseurs alike a chance to survey varietals from across the globe.
On this next wine adventure, taking place Monday, November 15, Sommelier Greg Sorrell will lead guests through the domestic wines of Washington and Oregon.
From 7:00-9:00pm, Sorrell will discuss, swirl and swirl the following varietals:
Thurston Wolfe Petite Sirah
Angela Pinot Noir
Penner Ash Pinot Noir
Owen Roe Cabernet Franc
The tasting will also offer an assortment of appetizers from D.O.C.’s contemporary American menu.
