$25 per person (includes instruction, pizza and two glasses of wine)
Frasca Pizzeria and Wine Bar, the inviting Lakeview restaurant that is inspired by the charming gathering places for food and wine found throughout Italy, will host an informal, hands-on pizza cooking class led by Frasca owner Doug Dunlay at 6:30pm on Thursday, November 18.
Each “pizza pupil” will get to select the type of pizza they would like to make: the Margherita or the Pepperoni (ingredients below). Dunlay will share his secrets to Frasca’s famous crispy thin crusts and perfectly prepared toppings. Students will then, of course, get to sample their work, accompanied by two glasses of wine per person.
