Chef’s Tasting Menu is the Simple Solution to Party Planning

The holidays are near and it is time to get a date on the calendar to gather with friends or family for a celebratory meal. This season, the warm and charming Angelina Ristorante and Executive Chef Fred Ramos will offer an oh-so-easy and affordable holiday group dinner package for parties of six to 100. Dinner party planners need to simply select an evening (Sunday through Thursday) and choose the four course, family-style menu. The $35 per person fee includes an appetizer, pasta, entree and dessert plus the choice of red or white wine (three glasses per person). The complete dinner menu is outlined below.

Third Course

Chicken Marsala or Chicken Picatta
served over garlic mashed potatoes

Pork Saltimboca
boneless center cut pork chop stuffed with prosciutto, fontina cheese and sage over mashed potatoes

Perfect for date night, family and social gatherings, dinner service is from 5:00pm-10:00pm Sunday-Thursday and 5:00pm-11:00pm Friday and Saturday. The popular Sunday Champagne Brunch service is offered from 10:00am-2:30pm.
