Gemini Bistro, the contemporary American bistro in the heart of Lincoln Park, has released a new Fall dinner menu crafted by Chef/Partner Jason Paskewitz. He has added an Autumn Salad, Bison Brisket Chili, Veal Milanese and a new Braised Short Rib entree. The dishes and descriptions are outlined below.
Pastry Chef Marjorie Easley has added seasonal sweet selections to the dessert menu. New offerings include the Caramel Apple Crisp, Spiced Carrot Cake and Chocolate Fudge Cake. These desserts are also described below.

Dinner service is Tuesday through Thursday 5:00pm-10:00pm, Friday and Saturday 5:00pm-11:00pm and Sunday 5:00pm-9:00pm. Gemini Bistro is closed on Mondays.
