Lagunitas Beer Dinner at Dunlays on the Square

$42 (plus tax and gratuity)

A variety of Lagunitas brews will be paired with five courses during a seasonal beer dinner at Dunlays on the Square. On Thursday, October 21, self-proclaimed “beer geeks” and those looking to learn more about craft beers are welcome to attend this drinking and dinner event in Logan Square. Chef Jeremy Kiens has created the menu (listed below) and Ian Jacobs, beer ambassador for Lagunitas, will lead the event.

Please call Dunlays for dinner reservations (recommended). The $42 per attendee fee does not include tax or gratuity.

Lagunitas Beer Dinner

Course One
Chicken Roulade poached in Pils, boudin blanc, parsnip puree, brussel sprouts
paired with Pils, a Czeck-style lager

Course Two
Grilled Prawns, orange supremes, pickled horseradish, chives, tomato Pale Ale sabayon
paired with New Dogtown Pale Ale

Course Three
Juniper-Seared Sturgeon, butternut squash ravioli, sage brown butter
paired with IPA, India Pale Ale

Course Four
Duck Confit, flageolet beans, Tuscan kale, mango beurre monte
paired with A Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ Ale

Course Five
Chocolate Mousse Tart, vanilla wafer crust, banana bisque, malted whip cream
paired with IPA Maximus
