Chef Jose Luna has created a special multi-course feast (menu below) available during lunch or dinner from Thursday, September 16 to Sunday, September 19. The set menu also includes two paired libations.
Mexican Independence Day (September 16) is a national holiday in Mexico, celebrated with fiestas full of food and drink. This year, Mexico will celebrate 200 years of independence from Spain.
