Adam Seger’s Cocktail Class Series Continues at Nacional 27

Award-Winning Bar Chef Highlights Summer Berries for Next Session

Adam Seger and Nacional 27 continue their popular monthly cocktail class series in June by showcasing brilliant summer berries. These hands-on courses, which showcase seasonal drinks demonstrated by the Latin restaurant’s award-winning bar chef, take place the second Thursday of every month.

The next class, which is set for 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 10, will highlight abundant blueberries and raspberries in an inspired farm-to-bar collaboration between Nacional 27 and Harvest Moon Farms in southwest Wisconsin. Two of Seger’s custom cocktails, a Blueberry-Rosemary Caipiruva featuring a flavorful housemade rosemary-maple syrup and Appleton Estate V/X Dark Rum; and a refreshing Raspberry-Ginger-Cava Mojito, made with Seger’s own Hum liqueur, will be demonstrated for guests to watch, learn and taste.

Passed appetizers will also be part of the gathering, and pupils will receive recipe cards to make these delicious concoctions at home. The fee for Nacional 27’s monthly cocktail classes is $27 per person. To purchase tickets, visit or call 312.664.2727.
