Offered from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. every Sunday, brunch at this Lincoln Park favorite is sure to become a not-to-be-missed event to end each week, especially considering the opening of the restaurant’s charming sidewalk patio on Dickens Avenue, also taking place in May.
Executive chef/partner Jason Paskewitz has crafted a plentiful a la carte brunch menu, showcasing his straightforward contemporary American cuisine. Dishes feature everything from Belgian waffles and buttermilk pancakes to salads, entrees and the famous Gemini burger. Several side dishes, including fresh fruit ($5), summer slaw ($4) and applewood-smoked bacon ($4), augment your comforting morning meal. The full brunch menu is detailed below.
Making this Sunday brunch even more enticing is an array of morning-appropriate cocktails, highlighting classics like mimosas ($5), bellinis ($6) and kir royals ($7), along with the notable Gemini Bistro Brunch Punch ($8) and bar manager Pauly G’s bloody Mary ($7). There are also coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino and lattes ($4-$5), as well as regular coffee, tea and hot chocolate ($2-$3).
