Pizzeria Via Stato Presents Late-Night Dining Deal

Whether you’re logging in extra hours at the office or gearing up for an evening on the town, Pizzeria Via Stato has got a late-night dining deal for you. The inviting River North pizzeria invites night owls in for half-price pizzas from 9:30-11 p.m. every Monday through Friday.

Located adjacent to Osteria Via Stato, Pizzeria Via Stato features Roman-style pizza with classic presentations, artisanal ingredients and a crisp-thin crust. Executive Chef David DiGregorio’s menu includes a selection of small plates and salads, with pizza playing the starring role. 

The ingredient-driven menu includes “Tavern Pizzas,” broken down into Red and White selections.  The pizzas feature housemade sausage, hand-pulled mozzarella and seasonal vegetable toppings such as radicchio, organic fingerling potatoes and roasted fennel. DiGregorio also presents a “Pizza of the Month” that can be found on the in-house chalkboard above the pizza oven. The pizza offerings are listed below.

An all-Italian wine list highlighting more than 300 labels pairs perfectly with the flavorful dishes, along with bottled and draft beers and specialty cocktails that are always on offer.

Pizzeria Via Stato is open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.; and for dinner Monday through Thursday from 3-11 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 3 p.m.-midnight and Sunday from 5-9:30 p.m.
