Frasca will feature a special Guinness Pizza ($8) for St. Patrick’s Day diners. The celebratory wood-fired pizza is made with a Guinness-crust, then topped with potatoes, bechemel and white onions. This dining event may be paired with the nightly “kids eat free” promotion, 4:30pm-6:00pm or Wednesday’s weekly special, buy-one get-one pizzas.

Wood-fired pizza selections include:

Prosciutto – olive oil, fresh mozzarella, arugula and prosciutto $14

Capone – tomato sauce, wood roasted onions, fennel sausage, fresh mozzarella $12

Caponata – tomato sauce, eggplant, goat cheese, red peppers, mushrooms, artichokes $12

Rustica – diced prosciutto, oven dried tomatoes, basil pesto, smoked provolone $14

Margherita – tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and basil$10

Soprano – hot capicola, sausage, pepperoni, sopressata and red peppers $13

Pepperoni – tomato sauce, oregano, provolone, homemade mozzarella $11

Quattro Formaggi – mozzarella, gorgonzola, ricotta, provolone $11

Build Your Own (regular or Guinness crust offered on 3/17) $8.50+ tomato sauce, grated provolone and mozzarella plus your choice of toppings: caramelized white onions, garlic, red peppers, arugula, sliced tomatoes, homemade mozzarella, goat cheese, ricotta cheese, gorgonzola, grated reggiano, fennel sausage, pepperoni, pancetta, roasted mushrooms, chopped olives, marinated eggplant, artichokes, shrimp, prosciutto, oven dried tomatoes and Italian anchovies
