Passion Fruit Cocktails Demonstrated at Nacional 27

Adam Seger and Nacional 27 continue their popular monthly cocktail class series. These hands-on courses, which highlight seasonal drinks demonstrated by the Latin restaurant’s award-winning bar chef, take place the second Thursday of every month. The next class, featuring “passion fruit cocktails,” will be held from 5:30-6:30pm on Thursday, March 11. Seger feels “adding passion fruit to an already delicious, balanced cocktail is like crumbling crispy bacon on a great savory dish.”

Two custom cocktails, outlined below, will be demonstrated as guests sip cocktails, nosh on passed appetizers and receive recipe cards to take home.

Passion Colada hum-ito
hum (Adam’s hibiscus-ginger-cardamom-kaffir lime botanical spirit), coconut, pineapple, mint and Persian limes muddled with fresh passion fruit

Midnight in Tunisia
Luxardo Fernet, hum botanical spirit, passion fruit, blood orange, pomegranate and just-picked lemon thyme, topped with a splash of Cava
