Food and Drink Specials Straight From Louisiana to Celebrate Mardi Gras

Don’t let Mardi Gras, the holiday of debauchery celebrated this year on Tuesday, February 16, pass you by without indulging in some Cajun-inspired gluttony. At Dunlays on Clark, the friendly gathering spot for food and cocktails in Lincoln Park, Fat Tuesday will be commemorated with dishes, drinks and beers, all hailing from the great city of New Orleans.

Offered during regular restaurant hours (11:30 a.m.-10 p.m.), Dunlays’ Fat Tuesday food specials include such authentic Cajun and Creole favorites as crispy catfish bites, shrimp po’boys and beignets by Chef Grant Slauterbeck. Featured drinks, such as beer from Louisiana-based brewery Abita and Hurricanes, will keep patrons feeling the Mardi Gras vibe until the bar closes at 2 a.m. The complete list of Fat Tuesday food and drink specials is outlined below.
