Whether your love is time tested or brand new, RB Grille is a perfect setting to enjoy an affordable-yet-satisfying Valentine’s Day. The new restaurant addition to the Rock Bottom Brewery building will serve a three-course, prix-fixe menu on the weekend of love, Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14, in addition to RB Grille’s regular menu.
The Valentine’s Day prix-fixe menu by Chef Christopher McCoy is priced at $40 per person and includes the guest’s choice of an appetizer, entree and dessert, along with a house-brewed beer or glass of wine. The full menu, which features classic dishes such as clams casino, filet mignon and cherry cobbler, is detailed below.

Appetizers, select one
Crab Cake One 4-ounce jumbo lump crab cake served over a mesculin mix with remoulade, olive oil and tomato-corn relish
Clams Casino Four baked clams, red peppers, onions, bacon and cayenne pepper served over sea salt
Entrees, select one
Lemon-Crusted Halibut Fresh seasoned and broiled 8-ounce halibut filet topped with lemon crust and lemon beurre blanc and served over asparagus with a choice of starch
Filet Mignon Tender center-cut 8-ounce filet sprinkled with savory seasonings, charbroiled to order, topped with a parmesan crust and served with white cheddar mashed potatoes
Lobster Gnocchi Italian-style dumpling with spicy vodka tomato sauce, tender shrimp, scallops and butter-broiled lobster
Dessert, select one
Mini Hot Chocolate Cake Warm chocolate cake studded with chocolate chips and fudge ganache served with homemade caramel sauce and whipped cream
Cherry Cobbler Cherry-filled cobbler topped with a streusel crust and served a la mode
