Gather with loved ones for an Italian-style Valentine’s Day feast at Osteria Via Stato. The inviting surroundings of Osteria, a casual Italian tavern where dining guests gather to enjoy antipasti, wine, plates of pasta and more, all served with the warmth and hospitality of family, is the perfect setting to live la dolce vita.
The “Famous Italian Dinner Party” menu features some of Executive Chef David DiGregorio’s signature dishes, such as Pappardelle Three Meat Ragu, Chicken Mario (inspired by a visit to Sostanza restaurant in Florence) and Tender-Braised Beef Short Rib with creamy polenta. The complete “Famous Italian Dinner Party” menu is listed below. (Note: The a la carte menu will not be offered on Saturday and Sunday.)
If a more low-key Valentine’s Day fits your style, Pizzeria Via Stato will be serving its regular menu throughout the weekend. Share one of the restaurant’s beloved Roman-style pizzas, such as the Margherita with San Marzano tomatoes, hand-pulled mozzarella and basil ($10.95), or the Peppered Bacon with caramelized torpedo onion, hand-pulled mozzarella and Slagel Farm egg ($13.95), paired with one of the many Italian wines or various beers on offer.
Osteria Via Stato will be open for Valentine’s Day dining from 5-11 p.m. on Saturday, February 13 and from 5-9:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 14. Pizzeria Via Stato is open from 11:30-12 a.m. on Saturday and 5-9:30 p.m. on Sunday.
