Elevate your Valentine’s Day dinner beyond the norm this year at Sabor Saveur, home to owner and executive chef Yanitzin Sanchez’s adventurous style of Mexican-French fusion cuisine. Sanchez has created a three-course, prix fixe menu especially for the holiday of love, which flaunts exotic ingredients, silky textures and, of course, a sweet finish. (Full menu detailed below.)
You and your beloved will feel enveloped in Sabor Saveur’s chic surroundings, which feature a refined, romantic feel in the front of the restaurant. Group gatherings are welcome in the more lively, communal area in the rear dining room which overlooks the open kitchen where chef Sanchez works her culinary magic.
And, be sure to bring your own bubbly or that special bottle of pinot you’ve been saving for a special occasion, as Sabor Saveur is a BYO restaurant. The complete regular dinner menu will also be available throughout the weekend.
Sabor Saveur is open Sunday from 5-9 p.m., Monday through Thursday from 5-10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5-11 p.m. To make your Valentine’s Day dinner reservation, call the restaurant at 773.235.7310.
