Dunlays on the Square, the friendly, laid-back restaurant and bar located in Logan Square, will kick off its beer dinner series for 2010 with an event with Peak Organic Brewery at 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 28. The dinner will consist of four courses created by Dunlays on the Square chef David Payne, each of which will be paired with a different beer from the Portland, Maine-based organic brewing company.
