Perfect Your Pasta Prowess at Lakeview Italian Restaurant

$25 per person (includes instruction, pasta samples and two glasses of wine)

Frasca Pizzeria & Wine Bar, the inviting Lakeview restaurant that is inspired by the charming gathering places for food and wine found throughout Italy, will host an informal, hands-on pasta cooking class led by executive chef Andrew Easterday at 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2010.

Each “student” will get to select the type of pasta they would like to make (gnocchi or fettuccine), as well as a sauce (red sauce, cream sauce or a blend of both). Chef Easterday will share his secrets to preparing the perfect pasta dish during the instruction. Pupils will then, of course, get to sample their work, accompanied by two glasses of wine per person.
