$25 per person (includes instruction, pasta samples and two glasses of wine)
Frasca Pizzeria & Wine Bar, the inviting Lakeview restaurant that is inspired by the charming gathering places for food and wine found throughout Italy, will host an informal, hands-on pasta cooking class led by executive chef Andrew Easterday at 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2010.
Each “student” will get to select the type of pasta they would like to make (gnocchi or fettuccine), as well as a sauce (red sauce, cream sauce or a blend of both). Chef Easterday will share his secrets to preparing the perfect pasta dish during the instruction. Pupils will then, of course, get to sample their work, accompanied by two glasses of wine per person.
Frasca Pizzeria & Wine Bar’s pasta cooking class is priced at $25 per person. Please call the restaurant at 773.248.5222 to reserve your spot.Frasca Pizzeria & Wine Bar 3358 N. Paulina St. Chicago, IL 60657 773.248.5222 http://www.frascapizzeria.com
