Bar Chef Adam Seger’s monthly cocktail classes will continue to demonstrate how to prepare two custom cocktails with seasonal ingredients. October’s class will feature heirloom apples and organic pears in Seger’s Heirloom Apple Mojito and Organic Pear and Lavender Martini. Guests will sip cocktails, nosh on passed appetizers and receive recipe cards to take home.
