Hearty Fall Fare Paired with Beer

$35 plus gratuity and tax

Rock Bottom Brewery, newly appointed Chef Christopher McCoy and Senior Brewmaster Pete Crowley welcome guests for a Fall “Chef and Brewer’s Dinner” in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. The welcome reception will begin at 6:00pm and the first of five courses will be presented at 6:30pm. Chef McCoy will highlight hearty fall fare, paired with Crowley’s award winning beer – menu listed below. In addition, a surprise, local guest brewer will also attend the dinner.


roasted zucchini cups stuffed with chicken confit, fresh arugula and creamy brie.

“Comfort Course”
butternut squash and leek soup with fresh rosemary and a flame of brandy.

“Vegetable/Cheese Course”
fresh, crisp-spicy greens tossed in peach vinaigrette with roasted walnuts, fresh fall fruit and shaved drunken goat cheese.

“Water Course”
broiled large prawns brushed with a roasted red pepper-butter resting on creamed spinach.

“Land Course”
We supporting local farms! Free-range lamb loin chops quickly grilled to a tender medium-rare in pinot noir-fig reduction, towering over our house-made bacon with mashed sweet potato bruleed with brown sugar-Oktoberfest glaze.

“Sweet Course”
sweet aristocrat bosc pears, poached in Pete’s Dark Belgian Strong ale, set over deep fried blueberry cake-coveted with home-made vanilla pear strong ale ice cream.
