Chizakaya is pleased to welcome two master sake brewers, Mr. Kataro Saito and Mr. Tsuyoshi Nakao, to Chizakaya this week. They will lead a dinner paired with selections from Saiya Shuzo and Nakao Shuzo.
The evening will begin with a reception at 6:30pm, followed by a seated, communal dinner at at 7:00pm. Numerous sakes will be featured, three of which will be served out of Ishobin Magnums.
